This policy explains how SyncSphere Financial Planning Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use this website and submit an inquiry. It is written to meet Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

Information you give us

We collect only the information you choose to send through the inquiry form on the contact page: your name, email, an optional phone number, your country of residence, your message, and your consent tick. We do not collect data about your browsing on this site.

Purposes and legal basis

We use the details you submit for the sole purpose of responding to your inquiry and, if you both agree, arranging and running an advisory consultation or planning engagement. The legal basis under the PDPA is your consent, given by ticking the consent box before you send the form.

Where the data goes

When you submit the form, it is sent by POST to a form handler on this same domain (/api/inquiry) and used only to reply to you. We do not pass your details to any third party for marketing. Where a referral to a licensed provider is the right next step, we ask your consent before sharing any detail.

No analytics or tracking

No analytics, advertising or third-party measurement runs on this site. There are no Google Ads, GA4, Meta or similar pixels, and no third-party cookies. The only item kept in your browser is your cookie consent choice (see the cookies page).

Retention

If you send an inquiry but no engagement follows, we keep the message and our reply for up to 12 months, then delete it. If an engagement follows, we keep the records of that engagement for the period required by Thai tax and accounting rules, and no longer than necessary.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may ask to access, correct, copy, port, restrict or delete your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email us at info@syncsphere.click or call +66-2-258-7146. We respond within 30 days.

Security

Inquiry data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access to stored records is limited to the people who need it to respond to you and to run an engagement.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we update the review date above and republish this page. Material changes that affect how we use existing data are communicated to you before they take effect.
