These terms govern your use of this website and any advisory consultation or planning engagement you arrange with SyncSphere Financial Planning Co., Ltd.

The contracting party

Our services

SyncSphere Financial Planning offers fee-only advisory sessions and full written planning engagements. We hold no securities-dealer, fund-manager or insurance-broker licence, and we take no commission on investment or insurance products. Where a recommendation can only be implemented by a licensed provider, we will flag it and can introduce you to one.

Scope and fees

Every engagement is scoped in a written agreement before any charged work begins. The written scope sets out what is covered, what is not covered, the fee, and the expected timing. No charge is made before a scope is agreed. The free 30-minute scoping call is to confirm fit and scope, not to provide advice.

Your responsibilities

To be useful, an engagement depends on you sharing accurate and complete information — residency status, income, assets, and relevant filings. We rely on what you tell us and on the documents you provide. You are responsible for decisions you take on the basis of a plan, and for filing obligations in any jurisdiction where you are tax-resident.

No guarantee of outcomes

Planning reduces avoidable exposure; it does not guarantee any tax, investment or residency outcome. Tax law and exchange rules change, and outcomes depend on facts outside our control. We do not promise specific results.

Intellectual property

Written plans and notes produced for an engagement are provided for your personal use. You may not reproduce, resell or redistribute them without our written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by Thai law, our liability for any single engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for outcomes driven by information you did not share or by changes in law after a plan is delivered.

Governing law

These terms and any engagement are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute is brought in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we republish this page with the updated review date above. Terms that apply to an engagement in progress are those agreed in writing at the start of that engagement.
